6pm to 7pm: Youth Session 7pm to 8pm: Parent Session

Sydney is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) who works with Kemptville Stress Relief Centre. This time is meant as a safe space for the youth to discuss some things going on that they may need support with. For the parents/guardians, this time will allow them to discuss how they are feeling in a safe and none judgmental environment as we recognize this is also hard on you. During the parent session, the youth will be upstairs with Mel playing games.
